MINCER PHARMA DAILYCARE N˚04 Moisturizing Toner moisturizes skin and soothes it. Restores proper pH of the skin after cleansing. Recipe contains active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, which increases skin elasticity, and horsetail, which has soothing effect.

MINCER PHARMA DailyCare line was developed on the basis of proven, natural plant ingredients with a skin-neutral pH. Preparations are adapted to different skin types, depending on its needs.

Application:

Shake well before use. Wash your face with a cotton pad soaked in toner. Does not require rinsing. Natural ingredients may precipitate.
